Cindy Miller-Olweiler
Senior Business Broker Associate

Cindy, has spent the last 20+ years in advertising sales and sales management, media consulting and event promotion. With this experience comes a vast background of helping business owners successfully market and promote their services and/or products.

In addition, Cindy and her husband own a storage unit business.    She serves on the Board of Directors of Domestic Violence Intervention of Lebanon County……and is also the Founder & Director of a non-profit organization that focuses on senior dog rescue and adoption.

Her enthusiasm for “main street” business ownership is expressed in her daily interaction with clients. The experience that she has gained from being a business owner helps her to answer any questions or concerns that may arise from either buyer or seller. Cindy loves the opportunity to find a way to creatively bring a business transaction to fruition.

Tony

Tony Darcangelo
President & Managing Partner

Mr. Darcangelo was appointed President of MCA Business Brokers by the Board of Directors of Central Penn Business Brokers, LLC, on September 15, 2005.

Tony has over 25 years of professional experience as a local business owner and as a former corporate executive. He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the Penn State University. Tony is a 2005 graduate of Donna Dailey’s SCHOOL OF BUSINESS BROKERAGE. This the only educational program of its kind exclusively focused on the practice of ‘Main Street’ business brokerage.

Tony is most proud of his accomplishments as a local entrepreneur and business owner. He was the founder of a medical staffing franchise in the Harrisburg area in 1993 and served as the Executive Director. He and his partners sold this business in 1997. MCA Business Brokers served as the ‘intermediary’ and advisor on the sale.

In 1998, Tony became a Partner in a Harrisburg based private equity group that acquired a local staffing company and served as the President of that company until 2001. During his tenure, he and his partners significantly expanded the company’s market share throughout the region.

Tony continues to serve as the President and Managing Partner of MCA Business Brokers. He is a PA Licensed Realtor with a strategic alliance with Mid-Atlantic Realty Group, LLC. He specializes in working with sellers of businesses, business properties and commercial investment real estate sales and leasing. He works with prospective business buyers to educate them on the acquisition process and locate a business that exceeds their professional and personal objectives.

As a Harrisburg native, Tony is passionate about the small business community in South Central Pennsylvania. As a business owner himself, Tony understands the challenges of business ownership. His diverse experiences include: business start up, turnaround and planning a successful exit strategy.

Chuck

Chuck L. Cenkner, CBI
Senior Business Brokers Associate

Since May of 1985, Chuck has served Mark Charles Associates as the sole Principal, President and CEO of the firm with unparalleled integrity. On September 15, 2005, Central Penn Business Brokers, LLC, acquired MCA from Mr. Cenkner. Chuck remains committed to the business community in South Central Pennsylvania, in his new role as Senior Broker Associate. Chuck returns to his roots in the Business Brokerage industry by representing Sellers which he has done as an agency owner for over 20 years.
Chuck took early retirement from Ingersoll-Rand after 23 years to start on his entrepreneurial journey here in Central Pennsylvania. He left behind a very successful career in marketing, sales and corporate management to launch his own business endeavor in the world of mergers and acquisitions – but on the Main Street America level to be closer to the entrepreneurial small business owner and buyer. He established Mark Charles Associates, Inc. in 1985.

Chuck maintains memberships in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and holds the designation of CBI (Certified Business Intermediary), the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) and the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association (PBBA) and served as the PBBA’s Vice President.

Chuck served on the Board of Directors of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation and is a member of PA State Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Chair of the Entrepreneurial Development Center of the Capital Region. In addition, Chuck is an active Rotarian and has served in many capacities since joining in 1981. He and his wife, Marilyn, reside in the Shipoke area of Harrisburg.

Dave

David Coffman CPA / ABV, CVA
Business Valuation Analyst

Dave is a CPA who is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He has 30 years of business experience primarily in public accounting working with small businesses. Dave has also started and operated dozens of businesses, and spent several years in economic development. Dave obtained his degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Dave founded Business Valuations & Strategies in 1997 to specialize in small business valuation and consulting services. Since then he has valued dozens of small businesses in many industries with annual sales from less than $100,000 to over $15 million. He has written a number of publications about a variety of small business issues.

Dave supports the local business community by actively participating in several Chambers of Commerce. He also serves on various committees and as an officer of the South Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Dave grew up in Campbelltown, PA, but spent much of his career in the Williamsport, PA area. He and his firm moved to Harrisburg in 2000. Dave is a life-long student of business and provides a unique combination of practical, hands-on experience with proven technical skills. Jeff

Jeff Walters, MAI
Broker of Record & Real Estate Advisor

Jeffrey L. Walters is the Broker of Record for real estate transaction for MCA Business Brokers. Mr. Walters has been engaged in the real estate valuation and consultation profession since 1990.

Mr. Walters is a native of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and graduate of the Harrisburg Academy.
and attended Pennsylvania State University where he a completed a degree in insurance and an emphasis in economics. Mr. Walters is a licensed real estate “Broker” and certified “General Appraiser” by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Walters is a designated MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, and past President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Walters is currently President of Walters Appraisal Services, Inc. and President & Broker of Record of Mid-Atlantic Realty Group, LLC.
