As a prospective business buyer, you should understand that as business brokers, we represent and are paid by sellers who have employed us to sell their business.
Buyer Confidentiality Agreement
Prospective buyers are required to complete this form by the Seller and return it to MCA
by fax, mail, or office visit. MCA will not release information to a buyer candidate such as the business name and address without this form on file in our office.
Buyer Personal Financial Statement
This form may be required by the seller to verify that a prospective buyer is financially qualified to purchase the business for the stated asking price. Lending institutions will require that a buyer complete this form as part of the loan application process.
